PROPOSITIONS
Place: Železná Studnička - amphiteatre
Time: 15:30 p.m. - 18:30 p.m.
Start of run: 4:30 p.m.
Track: 3km, 5km, 10 km solid ground
Refreshment station: on 5th km will be tables with drinks in plastic cups - water, iont drink
Time limit: 1,5 hours (till 6.00 p.m.)
Time measurement: with chips which are part of the start number is provided by SunBell s.r.o.
Time measurement can´t be secured without the chip.
Results: will be published after the event on IBM HERO RUN wiki.
Picking up of start numbers: start packs will be delivered to the receptions according to locations -
Wednesday (20.6.) all day and Thursday (21.6.) - till 12:00.
You will be ask to pick them up by receptionists when prepared .
Charity: There will be a special money box where you can contribute to the charity cause with a cash donation.

Rules: the race will be held according to the Slovak Athletic Union´ s rules and these Propositions
Material prizes: the first three men and first three women in absolute order will get trophies and material prizes.
Every participant will get a finisher medal.
Changing rooms, depository: will be placed next to the start/finish zone.
Toilets: mobile toilets will be placed in the near area.
Medical aid: in the start and finish area as well as along the track medical aid and emergency station will be available.

podujatie IBM Hero Run je vašim zamestnávateľom organizované ako verejné. Vaše osobné údaje v rozsahu fotografií a videozáznamov, týkajúce sa osoby účastníka alebo jeho prejavov osobnej povahy v súvislosti s vašou účasťou na podujatí IBM Hero Run, spracúva za účelom ich získania (vyhotovenia) a použitia formou ich zverejnenia na webovej stránke zamestnávateľa, na sociálnych sieťach, v tlačových správach a u spoluorganizátorov a na účel propagácie podujatia a z dôvodu zdokladovania konania podujatia. Fotografie a videozáznamy sú spracúvané tiež pre prípad vedenia kontroly, v rámci ktorej je potrebné preukázať, že podujatie sa uskutočnilo, ako predpoklad splnenia zákonnej podmienky pre uplatnenie nárokov zamestnávateľa, účtovných dokladov, prípadne iných právnych nárokov podľa osobitných právnych predpisov na základe oprávnených záujmov zamestnávateľa spočívajúcich v preukazovaní plnenia zákonných povinností.
